Why will congress subpoena the tax returns for any reason other than "we want to see them"? Is that considered a good enough reason? To see if he is beholden in any way to a foreign power and to ensure that he has not broken any laws. Just the circumstantial evidence around him should be enough to have his taxes reviewed and then a report made public, at the very least.
