That guy doesn't owe your friend dates, love, or a relationship if he doesn't want it anymore. Everything may seem fine to her but it may not be fine to him and he has a right to end it. It's really shitty of him to ghost her like that though, I can't get behind them. At the very least he owes her a phone call to say it's over and he's not enjoying the relationship anymore.
