Especially the three strikes law Literally the ONLY way the three strikes law could be considered "racist", is if you're coming from a position of already assuming black people (or whatever race you think it's racist against) are criminals. Claiming it's racist makes you a racist. Incorrect. A lot of black criminals are told by shitty public defenders to take plea deals that are either bad deals or even in situations where they're innocent. It's self-perpetuating racism, stemming from instances of these folks assuming and/or being led to assume that they will be seen as guilty and will be convicted, so the mindset becomes "I'm innocent but I'll be going to jail anyway so why not just take the deal and do less time?" In 3 strike states, this can cause life in prison for "3 strikes" that were not necessarily even strikes at all, but a result of systemic failure and lack of faith in the system. You can take your ignorant "you're the racist!" post and go back to time out with it.
