When someone is missing change I have seen cashiers reach into their tip jars to fill in the register.

A penny is just way too petty.

You can't really grab into our tip jar, it has a small opening and is locked from the back. No way in hell was I going to find the key over a fucking penny. Or any amount of money for that matter.

I am just saying that was what it was like from my experience. I didn't say that you had to do it, really.

But yea I would've just shrugged her off too.

since she said she was acting bad in the store, then i understand why she deserved that treatment, but if she was acting nicely, then i dont see why you couldn't pick one out from your own pocket. like even if you have a million, you won't be able to take any remaining of those money with you when you need to leave this world.

Dude I DON'T HAVE TONS OF PENNIES OR ANY PENNIES IN MY POCKET

rofl like seriously I pay with debit or credit like a normal person

ok, and she was bad toward you, right. so, don't help her then, but what i am saying is, if you do have one next time, and the next customer will be nice toward you, then you can do that for the love of your store and reputation.
