That being said, this is a game you shouldn't pre-order. You don't necessarily have a choice here. Because it's online only, you play on whatever server Bethesda says you can play on. It's not like Torchlight where if you mod in a broken item it only affects you and whoever invites you to their game. Aren't they letting ppl run their own servers? I just assumed this was the case.
