Because the only R* games that actually sell are GTA and Red Dead Redemption. In fact, it is amazing that Red Dead Redemption even happened since Red Dead Revolver sold next to nothing.

It's not LA Noire, for one
I liked LA Noire.
Well, I liked the story and the investigations and interrogations. The game itself felt pretty empty.
If LA Noire was linear (no open world) and had twice as many cases I think it would have been a masterpiece.

Personally I'd want it changed slightly to where it reflects a more normal public school. No dorms you actually have a home with parents. And to add to that part like have homework and if you don't do it you have to sneak out of your house otherwise your parents won't let you. Nothing time consuming though. Either a mini game or it just eats up a hour of game time meaning you have one less hour for missions before passing out/going to bed
Ugh, no thanks. The having to go to classes at certain times and time restrictions for exploration was honestly the worst thing about Bully. Making it even more restrictive would just turn me off of it completely.
Fair enough, but I would want one reflecting a more normal school life where you have a home with parents and what not. Maybe have homework as a way to make up a class you failed or missed accidentally. Like just if you wanted to do it to work towards whatever it unlocks. ---
