Topic	The best part about being an atheist is not having to fear death

There's a difference between that and not wanting to die - if a car is heading straight for me on the street, I'm gonna get out of the way. To pretend those aren't clearly distinct things is stupid. But being comforted by the cessation of consciousness? That seems almost paradoxical, being comforted by a state in which you can't experience comfort. I prefer it to an afterlife but, still.
