I say "confirmed" because of the two people who could actually, truly confirm it, one is dead and the other will -never- speak about it. Also, Austin's Ex has stated that she was threatened into not reporting previous incidents of domestic abuse by both him and the company. Austin's excuse for beating the shit out of his wife was, IIRC, "It was a different time".
