I haven't had an issue with being disconnected from PSN and I play all the time. I have the best internet in town. I switched over to my Xbox and it was running perfectly. It's PSN. This happens all of the time, you can see it on all of the outage websites. I'm pretty sure I'd know if it was all of PSN constantly going down. It was an outage across the west coast according to a bunch of different websites other than the actual PSN service status website of course.
