In other words, this is what happened. In their world: Company puts a hold on my account for the purchase. My balance reflects this. Hold ends, and my balance goes back to what it was. Fast forward, now I'm genuinely being charged for the guitar. HOWEVER, from what I can vividly recall: Company puts a hold on ym account for the purchase. My balance reflects this, and never goes back to what it was previosly after the hold apparently ended.
