Sometimes it's like part of my brain vibrates for a few seconds.
Other times it's like having the sound of an anvil hitting a hammer but inside my head. Hard to describe.
do you feel pain? because sometimes i feel like i experience a loud noise, but obviously theres no noise and i heard nothing. like once or twice a year, once off, no pain. weird
Sometimes right when im about to fall asleep i get a weird zap like thing that wakes me back up...
