| Zikten 10/30/18 4:12:43 PM #3: | yea. they like to say that phrase so it excuses them to kill the person or beat the shit out of them. most of the time the person isn't actually resisting. but the way cops tackle people it makes people tense up and the cops mistake that for resisting. that's why there are so many cases where cops are screaming it, and the victim is saying "im not! im not!" ...
