80% of my humor is self-deprecation.

The cool thing is when you do this people around you start feeling comfortable enough to do it themselves. As is with my openness about anxiety. I have a friend that is way more hard headed than me and he's 5 years younger than me. And he started self diagnosing his anxiety and talking to me about it cause I had always explained to him what gives me anxiety and what my theories were on why.

Both these things build strong relationships. I can't do relationships that are only skin deep anymore. Im too grown to be around people too scared to tell me how they feel.
