I am of the mind that Dems are not owed my vote just because the Republicans suck recently, even now I would not have voted for Hilary in the 2016 elections, but Republicans are doing all they can to make me bite the bullet and just vote straight Dem in this next one. Same. I've always been unaffiliated, and could not vote for Hillary in 2016 (voted for Gary Johnson, an actual moderate conservative).
