Topic	do multivitamins help at all?

It is hard to get all the vitamins+nutrients you want daily. It took Bruce Lee tons of trial+error to get his diet down pact. Aside from that I do think they fit in the supplement category well when you don't have the time or resources to get all of your vitamins. I have definitely notice more effects of what a particular nutrient does from taking it separately though.
