But I guess these dick heads didn't know we were closed because they opened the door to let three MORE people in (we lock our doors at 10) making us serve even LATER

They unlocked the door and let more people in? That's pretty shitty... I wouldn't have let them come in. I also would've told them to leave.

oh yeah, on a related note a raccoon jumped at me while I was taking out the trash

I saw a family of raccoons once. They just stared at me...

Look, just make it a rule, you don't take orders 15 minutes before closing

He may not be in a position where he can make the rule...

and put the seats up (turned upside down on the tables) for all tables not occupied 20 minutes before closing.

They may have some places where the seats can do that. Like stools attached to the ground and such... or booths...

No more problems in the future.

Customers will always find a way to cause new problems. Haha...

I remember once, while we were still closed, a woman pulled on the door(It still had one lock on, but not all the locks) until it finally opened. And started trying to squeeze between the racks to get in. We said we weren't open yet. And she was like, "Oh. I didn't know." But usually, when the door is still locked and you had to break in, the store in probably not open yet...
