I was in a restaurant in Jim Thorpe, PA a few weeks ago and it was only 4 of us and we ordered drinks and food and the service was god awful, constantly looking for a server in an almost empty restaurant. Restaurant includes an automatic 20% gratuity to all bills.
And still offers a line to increase the tip.
I was livid. This practice needs to stop.
Sounds like a shitty restaurant.
The food was actually quite good which was the worst part.
