My buddy finished up a degree in computer repair, a repair shop offered him a job. 12/h other side of city, he doesn't drive. no benefits meanwhile, he works at Wal-Mart making 11.50/h, full benefits, and its right beside his house. It's not surprising that for the entry levels worth of work people are choosing to stick to stupid jobs like Wal-Mart, all because companies are not willing to give benefits, or up the wage to a more suitable amount for the training expected. Here is the description without giving the name of the company(as I don't want people to badmouth them). And maybe I'm misreading it, but it does say college.
