Topic	HR sent an email today saying our office will have no smoking policy in 2019

The hospital my dad was in, the largest in the state, has a strict no-nicotine policy for all employees. You have to get tested before they hire you on and they test again once a year. Nicotine in your system is an immediate firing offense for people as educated as doctors and nurses.
