It will probably rule against the lady and for the owners, but it maybe says that something needs to be in place though. It still is tricky though because I suspect the real reason for the firing is that they being a group of devout worshippers that this presence would have cost them a lot of business and maybe put their business out due to their clientele's views. Really, really tricky. We see a lot of places lately that have been firing people for their actions and views completely out of the workplace. This action also enters into the workplace. Not sure how to get the right protections in place to cover this. I would almost think this should fall under being accommodating of a disability in a way. --- LoL ID = imajericho XBL GT = Corrik ...
