I didn't say "lololo trans is lulz". I said "lololo gender fluidity is lulz." That's a significant difference.
If gender fluidity is valid, then it isn't tied to a biological marker, so surgery for trans people isn't a medical necessity. If it IS a medical necessity, then it is tied to a biological marker as evidence for that necessity, and therefore it can't be something that changes day-to-day. Even members of the trans community turn away from gender fluidity, because it's mutually exclusive with their stated desire to get gender reassignment surgery covered as a medical need.
