I used to work sort of night shift (5 to close at a pizza place, where close was no earlier than 1 during college off-season and no later than 4, but with clean up time too and then often employee chill time, so I'd be home by 2:30-3 at the absolute earliest and not until 9 or 10 am at the absolute latest). I've worked "normal" hours for over 8 years now after 4 years of that and normal hours still don't feel entirely normal to me lol.
