Beef Jerky is expensive because it required a huge amount of premium meat to make a small amount of jerky.

Bro, get a smoker. Seriously you an do so much with them.

Recently my bro and I made a Cajun bake in his. Potatoes, corn on the cob, apples, then when it's almost done we threw shrimp in it with that, with all the necessary herbs and spices, and it was a huge hit.

We've made some amazing roasts in there too.
