It seems like if it comes down to a direct fight Link should win easily, but if they both start far away and have to search each other out? Aloy should take that pretty decisively. She's a great tracker aided by her Focus letting her outright see through solid objects at pretty long distance, and using stealth to hunt down and pick off enemies without them ever really knowing she's there is what she does. If Link can't survive an arrow to the head (and given she can actually damage Deathbringers, whose armor should be a lot tougher than any modern day tank, with her bow, she's packing some serious punch with those arrows) he's not likely to even get to do anything.
