If all that happens in hard is you taking more damage and you dealing less damage, then that's just a boring ass game. I like hard modes when they have more interesting variables, and when you can actually deal with the hardships if you master the game. Max Payne 3 on hardest difficulty was amazing, super fun to play, high adrenaline, high risk, one of my best gaming experiences of all time. Fallout 4 on hardest mode is just boring and unfair, especially in the beginning. There are no mechanics that allow you to outskill your opponent, and every enemy takes way too long to kill. Playing a melee character becomes impossible at lower levels. --- Dear lord, Spyker just ripped his entire life apart in nothing more than a few paragraphs. Ouch... - RexSilver ...
