So lets see.
Close combat: Urbosas Fury should make that easy for Link
Ranged combat: Both are skilled archers, Aloy being allowed heavy weapons could help her, but Link could also just deflect shots from some of the slower firing ones like the disc launcher. Dont really have a decisive winner here.
Mobility: Revalis Gale, the Paraglider, and the Master Cycle Zero are better than a charger. Also Link is better at climbing and doesnt need hand holds in place.
Armor: Im not familiar with the armor set Link was given but the Shield Weaver is good only if Aloy manages to avoid taking consecutive hits. Once the shield breaks it wont help her much.
Tracking skills: I dont really recall Link displaying any of these while Aloy has her Focus to help her. If it turns into a battle of who finds the other first I guess Ill go Aloy
