Time requires perception, or something that can tell the difference between one state or another. It's much like the question if a tree falls in a forest and nobody is around, does it make a sound?

The answer isn't as simple as "of course it does", it still generates sound waves, but if nothing is available to intercept those waves, then is sound really being created?

The universe had to come from something, many think this is all computer generated as it's very orderly and logical. The universe it springs form (where the program was created) might have much less logical laws (wishing things into existence etc).

Where did that universe come from then? Well, it was wished into existance lol...but it would not have been as orderly because of that. Who originally wished it in that case?

That leads back to a general idea that one infinitely bored entity originally existed and created everything else to try and keep entertained/occupied.

No matter how you look at it though, something originally came from nothing, because there is no other explanation.

... Stop trying to sound deep. It doesn't work. Sound happens regardless of who is or isn't listening.
