Thongs and pictures of women where the nipple is partially visible through clothing are examples of this. Unfortunately there is no way to explicitly define every situation so there are bound to be grey areas. So if you post something that is borderline, it's going to depend on things like which moderator sees it and your post history. It may not be totally fair, but can you think of a set of guidelines that would explain what is and isn't okay, 100%, with zero ambiguity in in any situation? I doubt it.
