He was doing videos with that recent girl as his Francis character, "on a date with her" but it was clear he was projecting his wishes and desires to be on a date with her, and saying things he wishes he could actually say He doesn't appear to be stable and instead of seeking help he just continues to make mistakes, blame his mental health for said mistakes without actually taking any action.
