Topic	Trump is trying to appeal the decision that he can't block people on twitter.

Well, according to that federal court, the first amendment guarantees that a government official using their Twitter in an official capacity is not allowed to block the Twitter accounts of American citizens. There's literally nothing in the actual text of the first amendment that says anything of the sort.
