Chunners has a pretty clear lead in North America though. With this new starting time, matches only start at 1:00 AM in the UK. They also have their DST switch a week earlier than North America does, so matches will start at 12:00 AM in the UK once that happens. We should see more votes from Europe at the start of matches with this new starting time.
