Anyway, more flavour meta and hopefully it for now: Corrik's claim matches with my flavour. I buy it. No need to say more on that claim because I'm sure we all know Corrik at this point. Chris' explanation of his claim also makes sense to me, even if I'm naturally suspicious of Miller claims. The town/human issue is not concrete, because I didn't notice humans in my PM at first either. Of course, I would expect the scum board have all the flavour info by now but it just means that the claims don't have to be from scum who were poorly informed.
I think it's less important whether we saw that we were humans, and more important that God did not call the roles "TOWN ____" Because even scum would have "Destroy all humans" as the win condition ---
