You must read her full collection of "work" (I heavily stress the word work when referring to her "writing") before being allowed to read the same story again (this is so you cant cheat the system and just read her shortest) You will never be able to read another book/comic/graphic novel/visual novel/etc again. You cannot gouge your eyes out to avoid reading. If you cant read you gain the ability to read. If you're blind you regain your sight. There is literally nothing you can do to find a loophole. You have to read one work a week.
