If somebody, or a group of people, physically attacks you and you aren't able to physically defend yourself, that's when you grab a chair, a desk, or a nice think textbook and stop them from hurting you.

It may sound extreme, but at that point it's time to wage your own little war. Wait until they're alone, catch them when they're vulnerable. Then you even the odds. Hide behind a corner with a bat and wait for them, then smash their kneecaps as they come around it. Put some shit in their food, spray something caustic in their eyes, hell, set them on fire if you have to.
You don't have to agree with my methods, but they're a hell of a lot better than being a perpetual punching bag tbh.
