Four-year-old Mikey has been sent back with his abusive mother because of court failures and corruption. This video went viral on Facebook before Mikey's abusive mother had it removed.
Corrupt Judge Lee Ann Hill of McLean County, Illinois wrote an order for Mikey's father, Michael Sr., to be arrested in Massachusetts for not returning his son to the boy's abusive mother in Illinois. Michael Sr. remains behind bars and will be extradited to Illinois for failure to appear in court with a $25,000 cash bail.
Judge John P. Cronan of Canton Probate Court in Canton, Massachusetts could have stopped this. He could have changed the jurisdiction of the case from Illinois to Massachusetts. Instead, this poor child back in the hands of his mother, who not only physically abused him numerous times, but is on probation for running a methamphetamine lab in her apartment, with Mikey present.

We have so little faith in our judicial system anymore, when who has connections and money is more important than the best interests of the child.
Mikey Cadena, 4 years old, is fighting to remain with his father in Massachusetts rather than being returned to his mother in Illinois, Amber Buck, who was convicted of felony drug charges.
For the first two years of his life, Mikey lived with Ms. Buck, who was actively manufacturing and using methamphetamines. The Pediatric Resource Center for Child Abuse and Neglect (PRC) in Peoria, Illinois examined Mikey and documented multiple injuries he incurred while under the care of his mother, including: severe bruising, blunt force trauma, a human bite mark, black eyes, anal bleeding and tear, forehead bruising, rope burns, burned fingers, sores, misplaced hips, and excessive dental problems.
Ms. Buck lost custody of Mikey after a police raid on her apartment on March 28, 2016, which revealed that Ms. Buck was living with two children in a home with an active meth lab, 204.9 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, six types of ammunition, and dirty syringes left all around the house. On February 14, 2017, Mr. Cadena was granted full custody of Mikey after an Illinois Judge found Ms. Buck unfit, and Mr. Cadena relocated to Massachusetts with Mikey.
Citing the father left the state illegally by not petitioning approval from the court prior to his relocation, Ms. Buck is seeking to strip Mr. Cadena of his parental rights and return the boy back to Illinois in a highly controversial and complex custody battle.
