I'm guessing the structure of each season is basically the same as always. Either Dean or Sam dies on the last episode of the previous season or the first couple of episodes of the new one, the remaining brother uses shady means to bring him back, which causes problems once they discover it, they fight for half the season and then face of the big bad, making a sacrifice along the way. Repeat for 10000 seasons.
