I saw videos of the game and pictures. That was good enough to add to it. Just because it wasn't released to normal people doesn't mean it couldn't be seen played by those who made it. It was a game, just not released for sale. If people are fond of it for the videos and pictures too with the other 2 legends, then that's fine. I am an author, an artist and even a game creator and other things. Just because my book isn't for sale or my pictures or my games, even if they aren't complete, they are still a real book a game and a picture. It's not imaginary. Mega Man legends 3 was real in the making. So for the fact anything about it was shown to us, I include it to that series.
No. No, it was never a real game. With your logic, every game ever cancelled part-way through development still counts as an entry in its respective franchise. That's absurd. Assassin's Creed Utopia is not a real entry to the AC franchise. It was canceled. The public never played it, and no one has any idea how good or bad it would have been on release. Same with MML3. We can say from footage that it looks like a good game, but without experiencing it for ourselves we can't say for certain. MML3 is a tragically aborted baby, a thing that never made it out of the womb. It is not part of the Mega Man franchise or any of its series because it frankly never existed. It never went gold, and you're ridiculous for not only including it in the poll but also for defending your awful reasoning.
