I have a few in-laws who are farmers. They wont admit if any of their workers are illegal or not, but they are pretty much 100% immigrants. They say their work ethic is way better than a regular white american. And in these manual labor jobs, an individuals production can make a huge difference. And those are some tough, back breaking labor jobs out in the farms. I totally see that too. My dad hired some mexican guy to do some yard work.
