Well I was asking you what was good about it. But since as usual Dead Space fans can't explain it, then sure.

Has all the creativity given to you by a horror franchise and a sci-fi setting and uses it too....

Make you walk around gray corridors shooting at generic boring "Monsters"

Such monsters never really deviate or grow and are introduced right at the start of the game in direct light chasing you down a corridor making loud stupid noises.

Talk about a pacing masterclass. So much for rising tensions or background stortelling or plot escalation.

In fact thinking about it, there is absolutely no escalation at all, absolutely 0 imagination on display.

Every character is simtuaniously bland as fuck and totally unlikable. With the incredible backstory of "An evil cult wants to destroy everything."

And that scene is fucking stupid

The atmosphere is awful as you slowly march back and forth across the same corrirdors as the same monsters leap out and die with weary predictablity.

It's not creepy or scary or tense.

As a shooter it sucks too because enemies are unvaired and the shooting galleires suck with no freedom.

It was poo.

Silent Hill Homecoming was better and that came out the same year and was only okay
