I have felt great amounts of physical pain. After that, anything below it has become child's play. Though I guess I've always had a high-tolerance for it... Seriously though, the length and width of a flu-shot needle is pathetic compared to other shots. The most discomfort you'll feel is from the substance being injected, not the needle itself.
