They're not complaining that it takes a long time. They are complaining that it's intentionally designed to take a frustratingly long time to try and force you into a purchase. They are complaining because their games are actively being made less fun intentionally in order to make more money. But why would you be frustrated in the first place just because leveling up takes too long?
