I had a COPD exacerbation patient sneak out to smoke. Oh, used to that. Had loads of them do that, but with this one they snuck them in (despite them being warned about the dangers) and then blamed us for the result. Ended up having to ban them from visiting unfortunately as they refused to see sense and started getting violent. The patient was a wonderful fella himself though.
