do you ever think youll experience a single human emotion ever again?

If I can love french toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches, I don't think I really need any more emotions than that.

it's usually just with a splash of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon and/or nutmeg, nothing that would be nutritionally significant.

Even in small amounts, those drastically change the flavor profile, so it isn't just "eggy" bread. That's the great thing about the nutritional value of spices, you don't need a lot to benefit from them.

Your response made it sound like you were saying that it was wrong to treat it as eggy bread for nutritional purposes, not commenting on the flavour.

No, it's pretty unhealthy. It's literally just a load of simple carbs with a tad pit of protein from an egg. It's dessert, what did you expect?

By definition, starch isn't a simple carb. Dump a bunch of syrup on there and you get your simple carbs in, but bread is very much made up of complex carbs.

Starch is a complex carb, sure, but that doesn't mean much. Many starches have high glycemic indexes and are quickly digested.
