Since then, texts between two of Brett's classmates have emerged with a request from Kavanaugh asking them to refute Ramirez's allegations, and those texts were made before the New Yorker published their story. He's also claiming that the Devil's Triangle was a drinking game, not a sex act, and that he never drank to the point of blacking out despite several of his classmates saying that he did so regularly.
