Topic	It irks me when people call wild emotional instabiliy "Bipolar"

Hey now psych is 100% scientific Psychology, on the whole, is highly scientific. Clinical psychology diagnosis and practice, however, like medicine, is half artform. There are many more issues with diagnosis in psych than regular medicine. I have a friend who thinks psych is garbage just because it measures everything on a bell curve and things like IQ have so many outliers that the measurements become meaningless at a certain point.
