The teen is a sophomore at Thornton Fractional South who told her mom she saw a black mannequin hanging with his hands and ankles tied and was hanging in a tree near their sidewalk. She took a picture and took down the address and noticed that the house was decorated for Halloween. She called the police and an officer came out and at first said he "didn't see anything wrong with it" Griffin's sister then went to the tree and a group of irate neighbors gatehred around and confronted the heifer who lived there and said "Do you see anything wrong with this?" The woman refused to take down and said "I have friends who are black. Free speech lady" Police then said she claimed a JASON MASK was on the mannequin but "somebody stole it" and all that remained on the head was a plain black plastic bag although it doesnt explain why his arms were black either Do you believe her when she says it's supposed to be "Jason"?.
