You've never been an assassin, though. You've always been an asshole in the present pretending to be an assassin in a virtual reality video game based on genetic memories, trying to discover the secrets of an ancient civilization with technology so advanced it's essentially magic. If it helps you to cope, assume one of the present-day Abstergo programmers added the unicorn to the Animus code as an easter egg, and they'll get yelled at by their Templar bosses if they ever find out about it. I was thinking this, too. Since it's basically a game you character is playing, anyway... Well, usually it is, right? I haven't played the whole series. Just bits and pieces... Bird_Man_Yu posted... I admit, My reaction when I saw that commercial was "Um, OK but WHY?!", I mean, it's a pre-order bonus so I don't really care, still gonna play and enjoy the shit outta this game since I loved Origins, Now I can just say I rode in on my Unicorn and spartan kicked someone off a cliff or something, LOL. Again, true... Basically, I see nothing wrong with this. It's a pre-order bonus. AFAIK, you're not forced to use it. And it could be a programmer messing with stuff in the 'game'. Also, they do a lot of changing history in these games, right? By that, I mean there are things they say happened that basically didn't. Maybe the history that like is the one that had unicorns or whatever. In the end, if you don't want the unicorn, then don't ride it.
