Being that he doesnt have the best ability kit, (or chain)I can only assume this ranking is sheerly because he still is DPS god with AOSB what part of this don't you understand? it's the worst and least important part of the combo. how can it be the best DPS relic in the game if all the other 3 in the combo are better?
