| RFC22 09/25/18 3:20:29 PM #53: | If a game is based on an on going serries and decides to add characters that show up in the newest arcs I'm fine with it . for example Xenoverse 2 came out when Super began and new characters were DLC along with new attacks and new quests based on the current arc. But if its a game where you to buy DLC to beat the game or pay $19 for three new characters forget it. If the DLC is $5 to $10 and adds more than just characters then its fine. I do want the game to be a finished product on release date. I would like all playable characters to be in the game at the start or unlock able by doing achievements in-game instead of buying things from the PSN.
