So one school zone is located at the bottom of the hill. if you were going 0MPH at the crest of this hill and just coasted down youd hit 40-50 without realizing it, so to go 15 you need to really be on your breaks. So, im coasting for a few seconds, hit like 35-40 and then heavily apply the breaks. cue flashing lights. "This is a school zone, what are you doing going so fast?" "Oh, just coasted a bit before i slowed down, sorry about that" "DO YOU WANT A TICKET?!?!?!" "....do I have a choice?" "YES, YOU HAVE A CHOICE" "Okay, then. No ticket please" "OKAY, BYE.
